Frequently asked questions

Lessons, workshops, and packages are generally non-refundable. -Single lessons can be rescheduled with 24hr notice. -Unused Packages can be refunded 72hrs before the first lesson -Refunds for partially used packages incur a $35 administrative fee and used lessons are charged at the single lesson rate of $135/lesson. Special Events sold through third-party platforms will contain a separate refund policy (available when purchasing tickets). Please always reach out if you have unexpected circumstances.

If for any reason you are unable to attend a booked lesson, please contact Vanessa by text at 647-309-8509. Please provide as much notice as possible if unable to attend or running late. Last minute reschedules may result in a forfeited lesson or non-show fee.

By participating in any event through First Dance Kamloops, you are taking full responsibility for your own (and your attending child's) health and safety. First Dance Kamloops, and the hosting location, will not be held reponsible for any illness or injury incurred. Please take care and let the instructor know if you have any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or concerns.
